The Support Team will rely to tickets between the following times:

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm (Except for national holidays)
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday Closed

During the school holidays, we have a reduced staff as we are installing new equipment over the holiday and so email replies may take a few days.
